Sunflower Seed & Chive Dip





Ingredients


1 bunch finely chopped chives
1 cup soaked sunflower seeds (overnight)
Pinch cayenne pepper
8 pitted olives
Juice of 1/2 ripe lemon
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 avocado

Preparation


Process all ingredients except chives, avocado and olives. Add avocado pieces and process until smooth and thickened. Turn the mixture into a mixing bowl and add the chives, lemon juice and seasonings. Bon appetite!
